Friends of the Beaumont Public Library

A organization which supports the library through various fund-raising activities. It has played a key role in the development of our library system. Interested patrons are invited to join. Ask at any System Library for more information.

Genealogical and Texas History Collections
Are housed at the Tyrrell Historical Library and are available to the public for research. The Tyrrell also serves as a manuscript and archives repository for Beaumont materials.

Tyrrell Historical Library Association

This group of citizens provides support to the Tyrrell Historical Library in a variety of ways; providing funds for additional library materials to greatly improve the collection and for various pieces of equipment, and volunteering in the archives. Membership information may be obtained at the Tyrrell Historical Library.

Gifts and Donations

Books and other materials may be given to the library by individuals, clubs, organizations and churches. All donations are appreciated.

Memorials

Books that are given in memory of a loved one. The family of the person for whom the book is being given will be notified and a memorial bookplate will be placed in the book.
